Our vision
The most vulnerable people gain access to opportunities for development, autonomy, and active participation in society, thanks to ambitious strengthening of the Social Protection sector.
Who are our projects intended for?
Residents of vulnerable urban and peri-urban neighborhoods
Reception, listening, guidance, support, and follow-up to access social services that meet their needs, along with participatory awareness-raising on various issues affecting citizens.
Civil society organizations
(community-based organizations, local development associations, national NGOs…)
Capacity building through tailored support: self-assessment, co-development of strengthening plans, technical and financial training, assistance in securing funding for their projects, and support for the implementation of community micro-projects.
Private and public actors in Social Protection
Networking and implementation of joint activities (socio-economic assessments, social fairs, training, etc.), and fostering dialogue between public and private actors to contribute to the development of national social policies.
“We carry out work that complements the Social and Vocational Information and Guidance Offices (BIOSPs) in the field of reproductive health. They do very important work in community mobilization and follow-up. We provide service sessions, and they also invite us to participate in awareness-raising activities. This has multiple impacts. We guide young girls to prevent unplanned pregnancies, and we explain how they should take care of themselves. This also has an impact on girls continuing their education.”
