“Our partnership is built on shared values: listening, trust and constructive dialogue. What inspires us about ESSOR is its human and pragmatic approach, focused on the quality of its work and the empowerment of local stakeholders. It prioritizes expertise over expansion, with projects tailored to local contexts. Our visit to Mozambique in 2025 gave us the opportunity to see first-hand how this responsible and deeply human vision is put into practice.”
Anjatiana Rabehevitra,
Head of Partnerships
at the Fondation Pierre Bellon.
How to get involved with us?

Fund our projects
You can fund our projects in Africa or Brazil. Your support – whether for the running of community initiatives or for training local stakeholders – helps bring about lasting change. Various forms of partnership are available: annual or multi-year projects, general support, or support for specific activities.
We are supporting ESSOR on a project to improve the quality of pre-school education in Guinea-Bissau and Mozambique. By working with 6 community schools, ESSOR is implementing an inclusive, Montessori-inspired teaching approach and strengthening the skills of educators and local early years networks. The results are clear: children are making progress in their social and academic skills.

Engage your coworkers
Skills sponsorship, co-creation of social solidarity projects: ESSOR is committed to working with companies wishing to involve their teams in supporting an organisation with a significant social impact, provided this addresses needs identified locally.
The Société Générale Group allowed me to work part-time for the last 2 years of my professional career with an NGO through a skills-based volunteering scheme. I chose ESSOR for its commitment and values. I also found a strong team spirit and a great sense of kindness there. My communications and events work is truly rewarding!
Sandrine Boudet, Communications and Events Officer at ESSOR.
