Water Facility

Where : Mozamique, Nampula, Monapo district
Duration : 4 years, from November 2007 to November 2011

Objectives :

- Global objectives
To reduce by 50% the number of poeple who don't have access to drinking water and sanitation by 2015.
To improve population's health conditions
To contribute to the local capacity building

- Specific objectives
To improve in long term family's drinking water access, sanitation and hygiene habits in the project area.

Activities :

- To improve family's habits and knowledges about hygiene and sanitation
To understand the communities sanitary state, to sensibilize and train the village comunity to hygiene practices, water, sanitary and hydraulic facilities use.
To follow and estimate the knowledges learning and the evolution of the behaviours.
